This role will be central to managing and executing impactful community marketing programs and supporting growth initiatives aimed at increasing engagement and adoption. The Program Manager will develop and manage low-touch programs, facilitate the capture of high-trust narratives, and implement strategies for long-tail users with a focus on program metrics and data-driven decision-making.
