Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for project set up, maintaining budgets and commitments.
- Analyze and approve project specific accounts payable invoices and purchase orders.
- Assist Finance with accurate project cash flow reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare cost summaries related to construction activities.
- Support in project inquiries to meet liability and capital funding requirements.
- Review and investigate construction project variances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in the Construction / Project Accounting Field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
