Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

• Shape how people at large enterprises learn, build skills, and get coached by AI across Degreed's platform.
• Own end-to-end design for features, from problem framing through specs and QA to launch.

Key Skills:

• Product design craft: turning ambiguous input into a scoped, buildable spec.
• AI-native design judgment: evaluating whether a workflow needs visible UI.
• Prototyping with code or AI tools to validate directions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design conversational and agent-facing experiences alongside traditional UI.
• Audit existing surfaces and rework them to reduce inconsistency.
• Act as the expert for product areas, being a key stakeholder for cross-functional questions.

Compensation:

• The total pay range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000.
• Actual compensation is based on skill set, experience, certifications, location, and internal equity.
