Compensation:
- Base salary range of $275,000 - $315,000 per year for US-based candidates.

What You'll Own:
- Define and publish a Product Design strategy within 90 days, establishing design principles and a unique point of view.
- Champion the customer perspective in every product decision.
- Achieve 25% faster design velocity through AI integration without sacrificing quality.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in product design with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Head of Design or equivalent).
- Proven track record leading design at a high-growth SaaS company and scaling teams.
- A portfolio showing measurable business impact and exceptional craft.
