About the Work:
- Shape the design direction for your area in alignment with company goals.
- Lead design reviews and stakeholder conversations to move work forward.
- Coach designers to own their problem space and build confidence.
About the Team:
- Partner with an Area Triad (PM, Senior Engineering Manager) to prioritize and execute.
- Develop every designer on your team to do their best work.
- Contribute to cross-product design system consistency.
Compensation & Logistics:
- US-based role; must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Annual salary range: $198,000 - $225,000.
- Fully remote with three in-person gatherings per year.
