Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and ship production-quality integrations for EHR systems and data warehouses using APIs and middleware.
- Handle technical configuration for new customers and resolve conflicts during deployment processes.
- Create reusable integration modules to accelerate future implementations for the AI platform.
Customer & Technical Engagement:
- Lead technical discovery sessions and serve as the primary contact for customer engineering and IT teams.
- Translate clinical and business workflows into clear technical specifications for integration projects.
- Provide ongoing support and incident resolution for production environments and customer questions.
Support & Improvement:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration playbooks, and training materials for customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate integration processes over time to enhance scalability.
- Collaborate with the agent platform team to design and implement new integration approaches.
