AI Solutions Architect

Role Overview:

• Senior, customer-facing position at the forefront of AI delivery for manufacturing.
• You own the solution end-to-end from workshop to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run Agentic Process Workshops with customer process owners across core value chains.
• Adapt requirements into structured agentic flows and produce work estimates.
• Architect integrated solutions and perform light prototyping to de-risk complex elements.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Proven experience leading customer workshops with enterprise stakeholders.
• Hands-on technical depth to prototype and pair with software engineers.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range $150,000 - $185,000 USD annually, bonus eligible.
