Staff Systems Architect

As a Staff Systems Architect, you will play a critical role in delivering the next generation of Lime vehicles and accessories by driving system-level technical execution across hardware, software, and firmware. This role is designed for a technical program leader with deep domain expertise in electromechanical systems and complex system integration. You will act as the technical conductor at the system level—aligning engineering disciplines, facilitating design trade-offs, and ensuring seamless execution from concept through launch. You will also be responsible for defining detailed engineering requirements (ERD). You will collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams to make critical data-driven technical solutions, drive integration, and resolve competing priorities.
