Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-stack model validation on credit/fraud models, focusing on conceptual soundness, data integrity, and performance stability.
  • Develop automated monitoring suites in Python for real-time tracking of key risk indicators and model drift.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to model developers and partner with audit and compliance teams.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in credit/fraud risk modeling, model validation, or quantitative analytics.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and SQL for large-scale data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of the consumer credit lifecycle, loss forecasting, and stress-testing frameworks.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base pay range: $195,000 - $280,000 depending on location, plus equity and monthly stipends.
