Senior Design Manager

This role involves setting the north star for Alpaca in partnership with engineering, leading and growing the design systems team, ensuring coherence and enabling quality across Vanta's product experience. The Senior Design Manager will champion system thinking, frontend craftsmanship, and consistent use of Alpaca to elevate quality and accelerate delivery. The role will also focus on raising accessibility and internationalization standards and supporting a visual refresh of the Alpaca Design System and Vanta’s product experience, while communicating updates and tradeoffs clearly with leadership and stakeholders. Measuring system health metrics to prioritize and celebrate progress is a key aspect of the role.
