Oversee pre-production, including shot lists and storyboards, and direct on-set shoots.
Collaborate with editors through post-production, managing revision cycles.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience as a video producer or creative lead in a production environment.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end video production pipelines and travel up to 75%.
Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative structure and high production value.
