How You’ll Do It:
- Design & Configure: Manage Salesforce security protocols, assess impact of new requirements, and construct solutions using standard declarative functionality.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Navigate ambiguity, translate business intent into requirements, and train business lines to increase self-sufficiency.
Execute & Maintain:
- Perform regular internal system audits and database maintenance to ensure platform health.
- Maintain data integrity across the Salesforce platform and integrated systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) and proven ability to translate business requirements into configurations.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
