Operations Lead

We are looking for an Operations Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of our healthcare placement programs. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the full operational lifecycle—from program launch and recruitment coordination to workflow optimisation and quality assurance. Your leadership will ensure our placement initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards, creating a positive impact for both students and internal teams. Responsibilities include launching and executing new healthcare placement programs, aligning operational elements, driving workflow efficiency, overseeing student communications and engagement, collaborating cross-functionally, and championing scalable and sustainable operational practices.
