Job Description
As a Product Designer, you will conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, analyzing data and feedback to inform design decisions. You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing products, ensuring designs are user-centered, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with Stader's brand. The role involves collaborating with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements and user feedback into functional and visually appealing design solutions, as well as conducting usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback. Maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all product interfaces, and staying updated on industry trends are also essential. Qualifications include 3-5 years of experience, a portfolio showcasing your design work, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
