Project Planning & Delivery:
- Own wastewater projects from scope to closeout, on budget and schedule.
- Define scope, plan timelines, flag risks, and verify completion.
Contractor & Engineer Management:
- Hold engineers and contractors accountable for quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
- Manage bids, contracts, change orders, and scope confirmations.
Permitting & Regulatory:
- Coordinate permits and approvals with state and local agencies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and complete documentation.
Budget & Reporting:
- Develop budgets, track costs, and report variances early.
- Support annual utility budget planning.
