Operations Manager Intern

As an Operations Manager Intern, you’ll support the smooth running of our daily operations and help improve our service quality. You’ll gain hands-on experience working across departments, managing outsourced partners, and contributing to key operational initiatives. Your responsibilities include supporting the collaboration with outsourcing partners, ensuring quality standards are met, and that agents are well-equipped through training and updated documentation. You will also act as the voice of our users internally by helping to analyze and share user feedback. Assisting in auditing and improving internal processes and working alongside Data and Business Operations teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements are key aspects. The role also involves helping monitor performance metrics and contribute to reporting efforts.
