Licensed Therapist/Adult Teletherapy

Overview:

• Daybreak Health partners with Kaiser Permanente and other health plans to provide accessible teletherapy to California adults.
• Our mission is to remove barriers to care and empower adults to thrive emotionally and mentally.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adults ages 18-60 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical community through peer consultation and team discussions.

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP in California.
• Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care.
• Experience providing telehealth services to adults.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn $75-$90 per session based on caseload, with no cap; up to $95 with bilingual differential.
• Paid onboarding training stipend, malpractice insurance, and free continuing education credits.
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling and administrative support for billing and scheduling.
