Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Roadie, you’ll design and build systems that power large-scale logistics solutions. Your work will evolve the architecture and design of the backend frameworks to meet the ever-increasing scalability and performance requirements. You will design, build, and maintain core services and infrastructure, identify and address performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with product and data science teams. As a technical owner, you will provide guidance and mentorship, participate in design and code reviews, and propose improvements to architecture and processes. The ideal candidate has deep technical experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to do more than write code.
