Director of Credentialing and Compliance Operations

This role involves leading a growing team of credentialing and compliance specialists across multiple task orders and healthcare disciplines, setting clear expectations, and holding the team accountable for accuracy and speed. The Director will architect, document, and refine credentialing workflows to ensure consistency, audit readiness, and scalability, and establish clear ownership models. Maintaining full organizational compliance with Joint Commission, VA, and internal credentialing standards is essential, as is leading the integration and rollout of new credentialing systems and automation tools. This position also serves as the operational hub for all credentialing-related communication.
