Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers, establishing best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
- Own data integration built using MuleSoft and Salesforce Data integration Services.
- Act as escalation point for high impact data integration failures.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience leading a team of engineers.
- 5-7 years hands-on experience with MuleSoft OR Salesforce data integration services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred skills:
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP (MS Dynamics 365 preferred) and EMRs (i.e., Healthie).
- Background in healthcare, logistics, or regulated industries.
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced product development environments.
