Job Description
Break Through Tech is seeking AI Studio Coaches to support and guide undergraduate teams through industry-sponsored machine learning projects during the AI Studio Fall semester. This virtual position plays a critical role in ensuring successful project completion while fostering Fellow engagement and growth. Working with approximately 40-60 Fellows across ~8-10 teams, the Coach will provide both technical guidance and project management support to drive successful outcomes.
Essential functions include project management & team support, facilitation & assessment, and fellow engagement and participation. Responsibilities include facilitating team projects, reviewing project descriptions, helping teams create and manage task lists, and providing technical support and guidance to Fellows.
