Remote MRI Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures at a technical level, not requiring constant supervision, and assist with protocol selection and imaging techniques.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and ensure proper transfer of images to PACS; act as point of contact for ROCC positioners and onsite technologists.
• Conduct QA/QC checklists, monitor NTTs, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Requires bachelor’s degree in area of specialty (preferred).
• Must have MRI certification (ARRT or ARMRIT) and valid CPR certification (Hands On).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MRI or related field.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, push patients in wheelchairs, and stand/walk for prolonged periods.
• Good visual and auditory acuity, manual dexterity, and ability to work in stressful environments with multiple deadlines.
