Capital Markets Lead

You will define and secure the capital that powers re:cap’s marketplace. Working closely with our senior leadership team, you will ensure our business model scales sustainably and our capital supply keeps pace with growth. Your contribution includes shaping capital supply strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business model and enables customer financing at scale, anticipating future funding needs, and bringing a capital perspective to product development. You will also lead and manage refinancing programmes, design and implement financing solutions and partnerships, represent re:cap to financing partners, and build strong relationships with banks, debt funds, and institutional investors. Additionally, you will structure, negotiate, and implement financing agreements, manage treasury operations including liquidity and cash flow forecasting, and monitor portfolio performance.
