As an Analyst, you’ll be the frontline hero for marketers, resolving critical data problems that drive their strategic decisions. Your work ensures our platform delivers accurate, actionable insights—directly impacting client success and our product’s evolution. Solve Complex Data Challenges by investigating issues like missing Reddit conversions by tracing data pipelines from source (API) to SQL transformations. Engage & Empower Customers via Helpdesk (Jira) and sometimes using video calls (Google Meet), turning technical roadblocks into trust-building moments. Drive Product Excellence by collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to escalate bugs and shape solutions. Become a Platform Expert by mastering Improvado’s tools (SQL) and marketing APIs (Facebook, Reddit) to deliver swift, accurate resolutions. Build Knowledge by documenting recurring cases to streamline future troubleshooting.
