Objective:
- Support clients in scaling high-quality, on-brand content that reduces mental load for modern families.
- Help translate existing ideas into clear, empathetic, and actionable content across email, guides, and social channels.
Scope:
- Starting at about 5 hours per week with a minimum of 22 hours per month, with potential to scale during peak seasons.
- Ongoing monthly retainer with a six-month initial commitment and direct collaboration with the founding team.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit lifecycle and engagement emails via OneSignal and develop long-form guides.
- Draft social media captions for Instagram and LinkedIn and support blog content.
- Translate internal ideas into polished content while maintaining the client's tone and voice.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consumer, parenting, or lifestyle content writing.
- Strong grasp of brand voice and tone replication.
- Ability to write about sensitive topics like mental load with nuance.
