In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our brand partners, overseeing campaign performance, cross-functional execution, and client satisfaction on one of the world’s fastest-evolving commerce platforms. You will own Client Relationships, serve as the strategic lead and day-to-day contact for TikTok Shop clients, ensuring alignment across goals, performance, and brand positioning. Drive Account Growth by identifying upsell opportunities and collaborate with leadership to expand client scope based on evolving business needs and marketplace trends. Oversee Execution by partnering with Strategists, Creator Managers, and Media teams to manage seamless campaign rollouts, from launch to optimization. Act as the connective tissue across internal teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns. Stay ahead of TikTok Shop innovations, tools, and competitive shifts to inform strategic planning and client education.
