About the Role:
- Define the target-state architecture for the Databricks-native data platform, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Act as a trusted technical advocate, driving platform consistency and lowering total cost of ownership while enhancing analytics capabilities.
What You Will Do:
- Design and drive execution of scalable, cloud-native architectures across the end-to-end software platform.
- Deliver hands-on proof-of-concepts using SQL, PySpark, Serverless Python, and validate design decisions.
- Drive architecture consistency, governance, security, and compliance across all platform components.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 15 years in the software industry with at least 3 years in an architecture position.
- Extensive data architecture experience with strong Databricks (or Spark-based) platform expertise.
- Proven hands-on capability with SQL, PySpark, and the modern data stack, plus experience with agentic AI and GenAI in data workloads.
