Job Description
The animator will refine our visual style and standards for animation, improve tools and processes to help yourself - and other animators! - work more efficiently, experiment with cutting-edge AI tools, create and adjust animations to meet client specifications, and push the boundaries of what animated workplace training videos can be. The animator will also edit video and audio using Adobe Creative Suite. The hardest part of this job will be developing animation processes and systems that are easily repeatable so others can join in and collaborate, while also pushing toward the next new thing: standardize the process, but don’t get stuck in that standardization once it’s established.
