Job Description

Relationship Management: Requires empathy, diplomacy to navigate challenging conversations, and build trust.
Investment Monitoring: Monitor assigned investments remotely and in person for risk, financial and social performance, and compliance.
Business Development: Proactively identify and source social enterprise partners, build a pipeline of potential investments.
Due Diligence and Deal Structuring: Conduct on-site due diligence, participate in investment term negotiations to maximize impact.
Public Representation: Serve as Kiva's representative, stay current on sector trends, and provide country/region expertise.
