Staff Product Designer, Growth

As Staff Designer for the growth team, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives redefining core user experiences. You’ll drive zero-to-one user journeys, create intelligent and contextual monetization flows, and deliver intuitive, powerful experiences. This role requires strong systems thinking, close collaboration with UXR and data, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

You’ll be a thought partner to PMs and engineers, help shape roadmaps, mentor designers, and act as a strategic partner across pods and vested stakeholders. You will lead the design of new experiences and products that impact how QuillBot users communicate effectively. You will guide projects from ideation through execution, ensuring every detail is considered and every interaction is refined for a cohesive, intuitive experience. You'll also provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the design team.
