Role & Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy for Finance systems including Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, and Navan, partnering cross-functionally with adjacent system owners.
- Design and deploy AI-powered finance solutions that improve forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.
- Serve as the interface between Finance and Data Engineering to ensure integrity and governance of financial data.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience at the intersection of finance and technology, with hands-on ownership of financial planning or ERP platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying AI automation within specific finance workflows like close, FP&A, and controls.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
Skills & Impact:
- Practical understanding of governance frameworks including SOX compliance and auditability.
- Excellent cross-functional partnership skills, collaborating across Finance, IT, and Data Engineering.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and develop training materials.
