Counselor, Center for Wellness and Counseling

The Center for Wellness and Counseling (CWC) is seeking candidates with strong clinical skills who have experience with, and deep commitment to, serving the diverse student body we are privileged to support. The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative team of counselors who genuinely love the work we do, strive to support one another, prioritize work-life balance, and collaborate with colleagues across campus to promote systems of wellness and respond to students in struggle. This position is 0.75 FTE and works 9 months per year with the summers off. The CWC Counselor maximizes student success and well-being by providing support for mental health and developmental concerns through counseling, referrals to on and off campus community resources, crisis management, consultation to the Augsburg Community, and programming on mental health and wellness issues.
