Usability Senior Engineer

As a member of the Product Design team at One Identity, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping tools that protect the digital backbone of organizations across a wide range of industries—from healthcare and finance to manufacturing and government. This is a rare opportunity to design products that directly impact the security, efficiency, and resilience of our customers’ operations. Design Leadership: Ability to work independently with a multi-disciplinary product team, where you own the user experience of a product or feature and the design process from start to finish including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing and iteration. Design systems: Know ledge of design system s and ability to contribute to the growth, maturity, adoption, and improv e ment of a design system ensuring usability, accessibility (e.g WCAG compliance), and consistency . Design support: Collaborat e daily with P roduct M anagers and engineers to revise functional and non-functional requirements, determine feasibility, review development work in progress, and support QA UI testing. Usability Testing: Conduct and design remote and in-person usability testing. Must be able to travel 1–2 times per year to conduct in-person research and workshops. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills. Strategic Vision : Ability to take a strategic approach to design, aligning UI/UX goals with overall business and product objectives.
