Job Description
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, consistently ensuring alignment with Mozilla’s goals, mission, and values. Seek out and leverage data and user insights and market research to drive impact through experimentation, identify growth levers, and make informed product decisions. Translate vision into clear, prioritized requirements; partner closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to maintain a focused, outcome-driven backlog. Support internal customers in scaling and growing by investing in new platform capabilities and addressing tech debt. Define and monitor key success metrics to measure product performance and course-correct as needed. Communicate product direction and progress clearly to executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility across the org.
