Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant you will maintain and optimize project trackers and workflows (e.g., Process Street). You will support submission and tracking of internal ticket requests, aggregate and report on KPIs for both brands and internal team performance, conduct deliverable quality checks for brand compliance and consistency and manage team calendars and department-level LTR updates. You will assist in catalog and creative content audits across various platforms and create, manage, and refine data spreadsheets and reporting dashboards. Providing ongoing technical and organizational support for creative initiatives is important for success in this role.
