Project Manager

The People Strategy & Enablement team drives strategic clarity and alignment for the People team and our stakeholders. You will empower and enable innovative, connected People products and programs that advance shared goals and support sustainable growth. Responsibilities include tackling hard, ambiguous questions, developing and implementing project plans, monitoring project progress and risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, establishing and maintaining effective project governance, preparing materials for presentations, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The requirements include 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting, with at least 2 years operating within an HR team, a proven track record of driving results, experience working cross-functionally, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, and the ability to work autonomously.
