Product Manager- Sustainability

This position works within the Product team and reports to the Senior Product Manager Sustainability. The main purpose of the position is to have ownership of the Sustainability Performance Management solution and the continuing development of the product based on customer needs. This is a growth area for our Company, so we are hiring a dynamic individual that can help us take these offerings to the next level. Major duties include writing user stories, prioritizing initiatives, participating in daily standups, leading sprint demos, coordinating deployment schedules, creating forecasts, and assisting in the creation of the product roadmap. Actively involve critical stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle by supplying well-timed information. Other duties as requested. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology or engineering and/or proven success driving technical projects. Robust knowledge of CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy and other regulatory frameworks related to Climate Change and ESG, as well as of common voluntary reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRI, UNPRI. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical abilities.
