Job Description
This is a hybrid role that blends marketing execution, business development support, and founder assistance. You'll work closely with the founder and operations team to ensure our voice is consistently represented online, new opportunities are generated, and no leads slip through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Publishing & Presence: Plan, draft, and publish consistent LinkedIn posts for the founder and company page. Repurpose/adapt content for Instagram. Maintain a content calendar and ensure steady cadence. Assemble on-brand visuals from templates. Proof content for clarity, grammar, and brand tone.
2. Meeting Generation & Scheduling: Proactively source and reach out to target contacts. Book qualified intro meetings. Own the back-and-forth until meetings are confirmed; send calendar invites with relevant context. Follow up on no-responses and keep scheduling momentum.
3. Lead Nurture Ops (HubSpot): Enroll contacts into prebuilt HubSpot sequences. Track replies, log notes, set next steps. Maintain pipeline hygiene: stages, tasks, and next-touch dates always up to date.
4. Pitch Deck Support: Use existing templates to update or build client decks/one-pagers. Insert relevant community examples, screenshots and stats. Deliver simple updates
