Job Description

As a Senior AI Clinical Research Scientist, you will lead the design, implementation, and publication of studies that evaluate the safety and efficacy of the next generation of digital mental health tools. You’ll work cross-functionally to evaluate and automate safety monitoring pipelines and run benchmarking studies that compare AI outputs against human-delivered care. Responsibilities include the design and execution of research studies for clinical AI tools, developing automated safety monitoring plans, and collaborating with engineering and data teams to build datasets. Further responsibilities include authoring academic manuscripts and engaging with customers to gather requirements and share findings. Success in this role involves submitting publications, deploying safety monitoring pipelines, and receiving positive stakeholder feedback. The company expects candidates to have a PhD in a quantitative field and expertise in AI/ML model development with proficiency in Python and/or R.
