Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable data warehouse on Snowflake with clean models and documentation for ease of use.
• Implement data transformation with dbt for reliable pipelines and develop data models to support business needs while ensuring consistency.
• Own data quality and observability to protect downstream consumers and build internal AI tooling to enhance team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Requires 5+ years of data engineering experience with strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills and hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake.
• Must have experience with clickstream data, designing scalable systems, and using AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor in daily workflow.
• Demonstrated project ownership and excellent written communication for clear documentation and explaining technical tradeoffs to partners.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The estimated salary range is $160,000 to $190,000 USD per year, depending on factors like knowledge, skills, and experience.
