Job Description
Transforming healthcare access through technology, Montu is seeking a Technical Lead to help scale, innovate, and deliver best-in-class digital experiences. As Technical Lead, you'll set the strategic technical direction and elevate the performance of a high-performing engineering team.
You’ll design and build scalable solutions using React, Node.js/NestJS, GraphQL, AWS, and more. You'll uplift the skills and capabilities of the team through coaching, code reviews, and pairing sessions. Partnering with engineering managers, product teams, and business stakeholders to turn ideas into impactful solutions, and championing best practices, ensuring clean, testable code, to continuously improve tooling and delivery processes. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve system performance, reduce tech debt, and explore emerging technologies.
