Job Description
Dams & Reservoirs team:
- Providing engineering and design services.
- Focus on water storage and hydropower dam projects.
- Supports tailing dams projects with the Mining Department.
Responsibilities:
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, weld inspection reports, welder qualifications, and other fabrication related submittals.
- Attend workshops as a SME for risk evaluations related to hydraulic steel structures.
- Author short memos and sections of reports that detail welding requirements, welder qualifications, weld NDT testing, shop visits, cons.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BA/BS+12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Professional Engineer license.
- Occasional project/client related travel may be required.
