About the Role:
- Use your People Ops/HR background to build Excel tasks that test AI models.
- Focus on headcount, compensation, and org design models.
Responsibilities:
- Write realistic tasks: extending models, fixing broken ones, or building from a brief.
- Solve each task yourself to create a correct answer.
- Write yes-or-no grading criteria for consistent evaluation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in people ops, HR analytics, total rewards, or workforce planning.
- Deep Excel skills: named ranges, multi-criteria lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- Fully remote, independent contractor, task-based pay with weekly payments.
- Initial 4–6 week project; multiple tasks possible after first task approval.
