Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, configuration, testing, and production deployment of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC).
• Deploy Strategy CMC within Red Hat OpenShift, build and manage containers, and configure the environment to support existing reports, dashboards, applications, and security settings.
• Validate application functionality, connectivity, performance, and production readiness, and provide ongoing operational support including troubleshooting, tuning, patching, and upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline with seven or more years of directly applicable enterprise software experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience deploying and administering Strategy Customer Managed Cloud in production environments, including within Red Hat OpenShift.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, containers, and enterprise container platforms, with experience developing technical documentation and mentoring technical staff.

Preferred Background:

• Experience migrating an on-premises MicroStrategy environment to Strategy Customer Managed Cloud.
• Experience integrating Strategy with enterprise identity, authentication, authorization, and security services.
• DOE, NNSA, federal government, or national laboratory experience, and current or prior DOE Q Clearance or other federal security clearance.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position aligned with Mountain Time business hours, Monday–Friday, 5/8s schedule.
• LANL equipment provided; no travel, onsite work, on-call, or overtime expected.
• Assignment duration through September 30, 2027, with no anticipated extension or conversion.
