Senior Frontend Engineer, Retail Media / AdTech Solutions

About the Role:

• We are building a Retail Media platform to help advertisers reach customers through our e-pharmacy ecosystem.
• You will be a key member of our frontend team, shaping the user experience and architecture as we transition from outsourced development to an in-house engineering organization.

Your Tasks:

• Build intuitive, high-quality user experiences for advertiser-facing products and internal AdTech solutions.
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
• Contribute to a greenfield engineering journey and grow across multiple AdTech domains as we evolve into dedicated product teams.

Your Profile:

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript, building complex production web applications.
• Enjoy working across the frontend/backend boundary with solid experience integrating frontend apps with backend APIs.
• Thrive in fast-growing product environments, taking ownership beyond strict frontend responsibilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
