Primary Function:
- Provide customers with onsite and remote consulting to implement da Vinci Surgery best practices.
- Closely work with hospital leadership and internal teams to ensure customers have the tools for a successful program.
- Manage customer engagements and collaborate to formulate customized solutions based on hospital needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in Intuitive technology, applications, and instrument handling.
- Conduct Genesis OR Consultant and educational initiatives with targeted customers.
- Track progress and communicate status to customers, aligning with sales and marketing partners.
Qualifications:
- Requires a B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent clinical/medical experience.
- Requires 7+ years of experience in healthcare/hospital management or a related role.
- Requires experience in an Operating Room and/or Sterile Processing Department environment.
