Product Manager – First Connect

This role sits at the heart of First Connect’s agent experience. Carrier access is our core value prop – it’s why agents come to us and how they grow their book of business. You’ll lead the vision, execution, and ongoing optimization of how agents qualify for, gain access to, and manage access with 140+ carriers – while meeting complex regulatory requirements and delivering world–class user experience. This is a foundational product role with high autonomy, broad scope, and direct impact on our agent experience. You'll improve and expand dynamic carrier workflows used in 140+ end-to-end carrier processes.
