Job Description
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful technical implementation of new clients—spanning everything from data integrations and file exchange workflows to billing setup, performance guarantee tracking and configuration of key operational systems. You will manage both inbound and outbound data flows, build client-specific configurations and support the systems that drive member engagement, operations and client reporting. You’ll also play a hands-on role in configuring files, managing SFTP credentials, validating reporting pipelines and deploying production code to support new client onboarding.
Responsibilities: Load and process incoming healthcare files via secure SFTP delivery. Monitor file receipt and structure; troubleshoot schema mismatches or formatting issues. Maintain mapping dictionaries and manage ingestion tracking to ensure SLA compliance. Coordinate with Product, Client Success, Engineering and Analytics to ensure readiness across all launch-related workflows. Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
