Engineering Manager

We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a small, high‑performing team building our partner-facing analytics and referral platform on Ronin. You’ll drive the roadmap, raise the technical bar, and ship 0→1 products that empower ecosystem partners and internal teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach engineers while contributing to designs and critical reviews. You’ll own outcomes such as defining the roadmap, scoping MVPs, and delivering measurable impact for partners and internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will lead & grow the team, partner cross‑functionally and architect for scale. Finally, you will champion security & web3 best practices.
