Job Description
Peek is seeking a data-driven Data Analyst to transform data into valuable insights, experiments, and product enhancements. In this position, you'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership, comprehending customer behaviors, pinpointing friction in product flows, and influencing Peek's analytics ecosystem.
You will design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytic tools using BI platforms. You will also analyze end-to-end customer journeys, funnels, and drop-off points to surface actionable product opportunities. Moreover, you will experiment with AI-assisted analytics tools to streamline data exploration and automate repetitive tasks.
